I'm really hoping that as I get older I age gracefully and without medical intervention. Is the VelaShape or SmoothShapes what Kim Kardashian used on her show? Or maybe it was on one of the Real Housewives of NY. That's probably one of the safer alternatives I would love to use if I had money to spend frivolously.
