Fashionista Fitness: Food & Fitness Planner

Some wise person once said “make a plan or plan to fail” (ok, so I don’t know who said it, my brain is clogged right now—work with me, people). But it’s true! Before I started my healthier way of eating (aside from a few Checkers indulgences here and there) I would probably only eat when I was really hungry which would cause me to grab the first thing I could like fatty fast foods. Now that I plan out my meals a day in advance as well as eat every 2-3 hours, I avoid being ravenously hungry because I’m always snacking on something healthy like fruits or veggies. Neat, right?

So if you’re just getting started or have fallen off the track (like I did a few weeks ago), check out this really cool Food & Fitness Planner from WebMD. You can track the caloric values of your favorite foods, find fitness plans according to your lifestyle, and print out your findings to help you stay on track. And if you’re on the go, the site seems to also work well on the mobile web.
