Pacifica Tusan Blood Orange Body Butter

Pacifica at ShopStyle

For years I always thought I had one up against the clever marketers who put all that impulse-purchase stuff right at the register. Especially at Sephora—I swore up and down that I could easily go in there, buy what I want, and not be persuaded to buy anything extra. WRONG. The other day while picking up a few items, I was mesmerized by the sweet scent of oranges, strawberries, and all-around olfactory goodness. The cashier checking me out had just put some on (most likely purposely…lol) and his eyes lit up in delight when I asked him what the scent was. He smiled brightly and uttered Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange Body Butter. Don’t ask me what a Tuscan blood orange is because I sure don’t…lol. Just know it smells really, really, really good. And it was on sale for $5 for a 5 oz container. So I swallowed my pride and kindly bought two bottles, yes I did. And I cannot stop putting this stuff on–like I find excuses to wash my hands just so I can re-moisturize. If I find myself in Sephora again this weekend, I’m gonna pick up two more. I suggest you do the same.
