I’ve tried all the red shades from MAC and the only one that doesn’t make me look a plain fool is Ruby Woo. Can you recommend some other options like that color with the blue undertone? Thank you!”
Side note: I don’t think I could ever stop talking about red lipstick. A single hue can be so diverse when you consider undertones, intensity, finish, etc. All I need in life really is red lipstick and a bucket of hot wings. *sigh*

I love blue based reds—try some of my favorites like Stila Long Wear Liquid Lip Color in Fiery (see pics of me in it here, here and here), YSL Rouge Volupté in #18 Rouge Taboo (called Red Taboo at Sephora), Chanel Allure Laque in Dragon #75, or Sephora Brand Rouge Cream Lipstick in Hot Tango. I heard a rumor that Revlon “Crimson” (the new ones in the square black tubes) is a dupe for MAC “Russian Red”. Now I pretty much need it. And you know I don’t mind saving $2 O_o
