Xtreme Lashes Final Thoughts

I got my Xtreme Lashes, a process where single synthetic strands of eyelashes are applied one by one directly to your individual eyelashes with a medical grade adhesive by a certified Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions Stylist for a natural look and feel, done back in February and here’s my final thoughts on the process.

Today makes about two months since I’ve had mine on. I’m amazed I still have lashes on as I should have gone for a touch-up about four weeks ago. (During a touch-up, which costs about $125, they refresh any lashes that fall off during the natural lash process).

I highly recommend this process for anyone looking for a great lash look that can be as natural or as dramatic as you want that lasts indefinitely with touch-ups. I can only speak for Cheri at the Lash Boutique NYC where I got mine done, but the Xtreme Lashes people are very strict about their training and one must be certified before using their products on the public.

Let’s take a look at my timeline…

I decided to let mine go without a touch-up in case I need to test mascaras or strip lashes. But if I weren’t someone who tested products on a regular basis, I would have been all over my touch-up. Look how glamorous I looked on day one!

You have inspired me to get some. Are you going to keep doing them?

Myranda, you’ll have to keep us posted on how yours turn out!

I’m not keeping mine because I like to be able to test out new mascaras for the blog. I’ll let them fall out on their own (btw, no damage to my own lashes as many of them are now peeking out). But I think I may get them again in a few months.

You’ve definitely sold me honey! I read about them a few months ago but wasn’t sure because of the price tag but it definitely looks like the look warrants the price. I’ll be there in time for summer!

      Hey Jazzie!

They are totally worth the price tag. Plus on days when you don’t have time to do much makeup, all you need is a little liner, blush, and gloss these lashes are perfect ;)

    Hey Glam Girl,

Your lashes look great (both with and without ‘em)! I haven’t actually read any reviews about this or have seen the process, so thanks bunches for the review. Do you feel super glamorous?

Did you take your weave out?

    • April 20, 2011 | Permalink | Reply

Nope—it’s still here…lol. Any pics where you see little curls peaking through is because I didn’t flat iron my hair that day. I’ve been kind of taking advantage of need-a-hat weather so days when I don’t flat iron I plop on a hat…lol.
