‘Tis the season to pack on extra pounds! Between holiday parties and everyone from neighbors to family sending trays of cookies, pies, and other treats, it’s easy to overindulge. One of my favorite tips that helped me to avoid eating entire baskets of treats? Smelling the food. Yep, just taking in the aroma of my favorite foods is sometimes enough for me. Sounds weird, but try it!
