How do you style a dress like this? Definitely wear the hair up since it has such a decorative boatneck neckline. Keep makeup simple–little on the eyes, glowy cheeks, and a touch of color via a berry lip (add a little shimmery gloss like Fashion Fair Liquid Silver Lip Teaser to the center of the lips for dimension). As for shoes, a simple pair of black patent pumps will do ya, but if you want to take things up a notch, try a gold sandal. For a little girl, a halo of curls, some lip balm, and simple ballet flats are perfect.
