Johnny Iuzzini is the head judge of Bravo’s culinary competition series “Top Chef; Just Desserts” and author of Dessert Fourplay: Sweet Quartets From a Four-Star Pastry Chef. Chef Iuzzini spent the past seven years as Executive Pastry Chef at Jean-Georges.

Iuzzini was featured as Forbes “10 Most Influential Pastry Chefs in America,” New York Magazine’s “Best New Pastry Chef” and one of the “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America” two years running by Pastry Arts and Design Magazine.
