Kerry Washington has single-handedly been the catalyst for me to start wearing lighter lip color. Sure, I started out wearing barely there color when I first started wearing makeup YEARS ago, but in general I’m pretty much a red and berry lip rocking kind of girl. But this Kerry and her omg-I-can’t-miss-a-second-of-it SUPER entertaining show Scandal and her uber gorgeous face have got me jonesing for corals!
The Kerry Wash coral is creamy with a little shine and just a touch of shimmer, and if you’re on the same wavelength as me, here’s five coral lip colors to add to the stash:

Quick coral lip color tip: this is a color that can work on all skin tones, but may need tweaking. To tone it down on lighter skin tones, use it more as a stain and add gloss where needed. On darker skin tones, mix it with a touch of a darker lip color or pencil.
