This is quite a weird time of year especially if you live somewhere that is experiencing brutal winter right now. When you’re bundling up in several layers just to be warm, it’s hard to really give spring fashion a thought. BUT spring will be here soon and there are some fab fashions worth having for sale right now. And you certainly don’t want to be one to miss out, right? Right.

Pearl by Georgina of Marchesa Scallop Lace Jacket, $70 at JCPenney. Not going to lie, I ordered this already…lol. $70 is a bit pricey for JCP and I searched Google for coupon codes to no avail plus the in-store search option pulled no options in my area. But I felt like if I didn’t get it, it would sell out and I’d be pissed. I mean, how cute is it? True, I haven’t seen it in person yet nor have I tried it on, but that’s exactly what return policies are for :)

And of course I needed the matching lace shorts ($50 at JCPenney). I most likely won’t wear the two together.

***UPDATE*** So the reason why I couldn’t find the items using the JCP store finder is because the collection isn’t set to hit stores until Friday, March 1st! The items launched online early :)

Also new at JCPenney for those of you without a Joe Fresh store near you, the Canadian casual wear retailer is now sold on JCP’s website and also popping up as a shop within a shop at select JCP locations.

I mean, doesn’t this $19 Joe Fresh Voile Shirt look like it’s begging to be in your closet?

So remember the time when Solange Knowles wore that really cool white moto jacket with shorts? LC Lauren Conrad at Kohl’s has the look for less!

Kohl’s sent the jacket over to me and I plan on wearing it (weather permitting) during my trip to LA later this week. Stay tuned for pics, but in the meantime, you can snag it for $40 here.

Zara may not make clothes that fit everyone, but their shoes are almost always swoonworthy. These gorgeous Mid Height Fishnet shoes feature a trend we’re starting to see more of in shoes—the asymmetrical toe box! Mesh side panels adds to the shoe’s allure. But as you know with most Zara goods, you have to be quick on the draw to snag them before other fashion-hungry shoppers do. These seem to already have sold out as all sizes currently display a “coming soon.” Watch it with a hawk’s eye if you love ‘em.
