Fitness Friday: Shedding Winter Pounds
Like many women, I go through this back and forth thing with being happy with my weight. Sometimes I feel like I need to lose 30 pounds, sometimes I feel like I’m just fine, other days I embrace my juiciness, and then yesterday while I was trying on some dresses I pulled for an upcoming TV appearance (if you’re in NYC set your DVRs to CBS WLNY’s The Couch morning show on Tuesday—it’s either channel 55 or channel 10 on your cable box) and couldn’t quite get the zippers up, I realized, yeah, I’ve gained weight…lol.
All I really need to do is be cognizant of what I’m eating and get back on my regular exercise routine and in a few months, I’ll be back to where I’d like to be, but sometimes it’s a little tough trying to get started.
