Fitness Friday: 10 Habits That Can Help You Lose Weight

I’m not even going to talk about how I need to get my act together when it comes to watching what I eat and being more active like I always do (oh wait—I guess I just did).

But I’m always looking for those simple changes I can make so I can be healthier for the long haul instead of doing my usual of giving 200% for like four months and then slowly falling off the bandwagon.
