Think you have to spend a ton to make a great impression with your holiday gifts? Nah, kid. You can give some amazing gifts without having to give up on your budget and I’ll show you how. Everything in this entire post (even the grouping of gifts) are $20 or LESS. Yasssss
So here’s some pointers on how to give good gift even on a hardcore budget:
1. Shop smart. Browse your favorite stores and even some of the higher-end ones, but search by sorting items from lowest price to highest. You’d be surprised at what amazing good quality items you’ll find for not much money.
2. Get crafty. What makes a gift amazing is its presentation. And you don’t have to spend a ton on decorations and gift bags—you can hit stores like Dollar Tree, Homegoods, and Target for inexpensive but beautiful trimmings.
3. Coordinate. You’ll see coordination a lot in the gift groupings I put together. Once I started to see items I liked for gifts, I also noticed some trends like color and function. For instance, once I picked up a rose gold faux leather choker, I knew I had to put it together with the gold hair glitter and rosé champagne. Or when I put together some eye masks from Sephora with a sequin sleeping mask from H&M.
4. Gift sets. You’d be surprised at how many amazing beauty gift sets you can get for $20 or less. Even from pricier brands. I found some awesome skincare and makeup gift sets at Sephora that are perfect to give or for you to treat yourself.
