A Winter-Spring Fashion Transition Look

Happy Groundhog Day, ya’ll! So Staten Island Chuck says spring is coming early, but Punxsutawney Phil says six more weeks of winter. I mean, this split happens every year and we still get more winter anway—why do we still do this again?

But at this point, between the temperatures varying so much day to day and then I don’t know if this happens to ya’ll, but I personally reach a point where I just get tired of wearing winter clothes. So today’s look is a winter-spring transition look of sorts. I got the trench as a gift from ASOS PR and the faux fur is a capelet I bought from ASOS some years ago that I put over it. The pairing gave me a nice harmony between spring (the trench) and winter (the faux fur) that works nicely when it’s a milder winter day.
