Beauty Products I’ve Finished Recently (Vol 4)

Welcome back to another Beauty Products I’ve Finished post! I’ve finished some products recently and will share why they were good to the last drop. Now remember, as I’ve said in previous posts like this, just because I didn’t finish a product doesn’t mean it’s not a good product. I am a recovering beauty junkie so I would buy a LOT of stuff because I lacked self-control (haha) and I also get a ton of product in from brands so there are products that are amazing but that I don’t get around to finishing because either it’s not something I need to use daily or because I have a gazillion others like it. Let’s get into this post though…

Perricone MD Face Finishing Moisturizer

Note: this isn’t the packaging for the Face Finishing Moisturizer (though similar). I thought I saved it when I finished it about a month ago, but must have thrown it out.

I’ve used this off and on (but mostly on) over more than a decade. It usually takes me about a year or so to finish a bottle depending on things like weather and my skin. I’ve written about this a gazillion times over the years so I won’t bore you again with details, but in case you missed it, you can read about it through this tag.

Gold Bond Ultimate Radiance Renewal Cream Oil

Listen, when I tell you how much muscle strength I used to get every last little lick of product out of these tubes…lol. I LOVE this moisturizer (wrote about it first here ) because it smells and feels amazing plus it keeps my skin moisturized for up to 24 hours. I haven’t really tested out that up to 24 hour claim because I like to do things like shower, but I haven’t had to reapply when wearing it. I’ve since reupped on this moisturizer in the larger bottle. I’m OBSESSED with it.

Nyakio Kenyan Coffee Body Scrub

I LOVE a good body scrub and have been known to smash through a jar or two (or ten) of SheaMoisture body scrubs. So I wasn’t surprised that I quickly finished this one from Nyakio which is also a brand under the Sundial Brands umbrella. This one is especially great if you prefer scrubs with fine granules. I also loved how it had a good mix of oils to make my skin feel pampered.

Perricone MD Nutritive Cleanser

Another long time fave that I’ve talked about a number of times over the years (go here to read posts about it).

I actually wound up getting a deal a few months ago on the supersized version of this and the Face Finishing Moisturizer on the Perricone site. I got it back in December: Nutritive Cleanser Super Size (12 fl oz / 354 mL) + Face Finishing Moisturizer Super Size (4 fl oz / 118 mL) which was about $107 at the time AND I got 40% off making my total $69.96 including tax. That’s LESS than the price of ONE regular size Face Finishing Moisturizer (2 fl oz for $69 + tax).

Sooo…I’m on my second tube of Gold Bond’s Radiance Renewal and I absolutely love it. It’s been a life saver during the winer months. I usually mix it with one of Shea Moisture’s Bath, Body & Massage oils to get an extra glow.
