Because I get a ton of makeup to review for the blog each week and because I’m still such a fiend who buys a lot of product, I rarely get any type of makeup-related items for gifts. My friends and family probably rationalize that I have everything already. But listen, if IT Cosmetics hadn’t already sent me their two holiday brush sets and I got these under the tree for Christmas, I’d be bouncing off the walls from joy. These sets are TOO CUTE.
Oh shoot—e.l.f. has gone all LUXE on us with their latest brush collection!
I’m willing (and have been willing) to invest in makeup brushes and tools when it comes to items I’d be using pretty often in my routine because I need them to last. I have brushes I bought ten years ago that although the numbers and names may have rubbed off the handles, those babies are still ticking. But sometimes I may want to try a different type of brush and don’t want to spend a ton or one that I know I’m not going to use that often to justify a higher price tag. I have a few e.l.f. brushes from their regular line that I paid $3-5 for that I love. So it was really exciting to see the new elf Beautifully Precise Brush line.
