current beauty items interest

Hey there TS&BD readers—Maisha here! Oh how I have missed you all and am so happy to be back chatting with each of you about…you guessed it…MAKEUP!!!

While I was away, I of course continued to add new beauty products to my shopping list because in case you haven’t noticed yet or are unfamiliar with my story, I am kind of a beauty addict.

For the spring season I only have a few items on my beauty wish list due to the high-end nature of my picks.  I have been seriously lusting over these products that I’m sure will not only work great on my skin, but that will also make for some serious makeup bag candy. Let’s take a look at what made my spring shopping list.

Maisha's Spring Shopping List

Kiehl’s Nightly Micro-Peel Concentrate | $54 |  During my last trip to the Kiehl’s store, I received a sample of the Nightly Micro-Peel Concentrate and it turned into an instant favorite.  This product, when applied nightly, has been clinically proven to uncover fresher more radiant skin. My sample lasted me 2 uses and even after only 2 days, I noticed increased skin softness and moisture retention which was enough to convince me that I needed to move on to the full size bottle.

Tom Ford ‘Fire Lust’ Skin Illuminator (Limited-Edition) | $72 |  Tom Ford is a makeup line that I have yet to introduce into my collection but the Fire Lust Skin Illuminator just may be the first.  I love peachy-pink hues on brown skin, especially as we start to move into warmer months and this versatile product can be used both under or over your foundation for a sun kissed look.

Charlotte Tilbury The Magic Foundation Kit | $110 |  This age-defying bottle of magic has a patented BioNymph Peptide Complex that is said to help battle the aging process by stimulating collagen production and fighting off those pesky free radicals.  While the  Magic Foundation can be purchased individually, who doesn’t love a good package deal especially when it includes a pretty powder brush with rose gold accents and a dollop of the highly coveted Charlotte’s Magic Cream.

Tom Ford Bronzing Powder- Terra | $68 | I love to use bronzing powders for contouring and adding warmth to my face.  The Tom Ford Bronzing Powder comes in 3 radiant shades perfect for defining cheekbones and emphasizing bone structure.  This product is currently available for sale online on available for in-store purchase at Sephora on April 15.

What is currently on your spring beauty shopping list?  Tell me in the comments!

xoxo, Maisha

So fancy….Nice list!! I’m interested in the Tom Ford Illuminator you posted! I’m also interested in Guerlain’s new terracotta bronzing in 09 intense. Have you seen or used it?

Maisha’s list is amazing, right?!?! I actually have the #09 bronzer—I’ll be reviewing it soon. I don’t love it as much as I loved the #8 which is sadly now discontinued :x

But of course #9 has its place in many makeup bags—I’ll show swatches and such once I get the review up :)

That Tom Ford Illuminator is serious makeup candy. Why must they do this to my pockets?!
