I saw this suit online, looked at it on the model from different angles, watched the short video of the prancing around in it, and then BOOM, it was mine. It’s such a fun holiday outfit, but can also be broken up and paired with other items post-holiday season.
For one, I can wear the jacket with jeans or the pants with a sweater. It’s glitzy enough for NYE, but doesn’t scream HOLIDAY so much that it can’t be repurposed. And that’s the life I need to be on with clothing. I can’t do the “wear it once” lifestyle AT ALL. In fact, I’m trying out Rent the Runway again and the new rental service from Express called Express Style Trial. I plan to have a comparison video up on my YouTube channel once I’ve had enough time to try them out. Subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss it!
Sidenote: ASOS needs a rental service, too. I kinda feel like clothing rental may be an even bigger thing soon—like how almost every company has a streaming service.
Anyway, I feel myself getting my fingers ready to ramble on in this post, so I’ll end it here…lol.
oh, and you *might* need to size up on the suit. VERY little stretch in it. I’m wearing a 14 in both the pants and the jacket.
