SUUUUPER quick post.
I LOVE a good BLACK black waterproof liner. For yeaaaars I’ve been using Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Pencil in Perversion. I tried to find liners just as black and inky and waterproof as Perversion to no avail. I saw that Pat McGrath Labs PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil had a black black pencil and since it was VIB Rouge weekend last weekend, I picked it up at 20% off. But which pencil is the BLACKEST of them all? Keep reading to find out!
So the differences are slight but if you pay attention you’ll see them. UD Perversion is a touch blacker and has more of an inky appearance while PML Xtreme Black is slightly more on the matte side. They both wore well on me and I like that they can still move so I can smoke out my bottom waterline like I like. But I am edging more towards UD Perversion because it’s slightly blacker and it’s $4 cheaper.
Hands down UD Perversion!
