To know me is to know I love blush. The brighter the better for my chocolate skin. So of course any time a new blush comes out that fits my criteria (which is pretty much anything bright as it works so well on deeper skin…lol), I’m on it. Like I was on it when I bought this Bobbi Brown Cheek Palette in Berry from the new limited edition Hot Collection.

So this Bobbi Brown Cheek Palette in Berry comes with three gorgeous shades that would work on all skin tones but especially those with deeper skin tones because it shows up so vibrantly. Sometimes with palettes even blush palettes there might be like one shade that doesn’t work out so well but I actually loved all three shades. There’s a berry red shade, a golden pink highlighter shade, and a bright pinky magenta shade. You can wear each one on its own or mix them together to customize. I love blush colors like this to wear with anything from a nude lip and smoky eye to nothing on the eyes with a red lip.

The blush will last at least eight hours but it does tend to fade so it won’t be as vibrant a few hours later as it was when you first put it on. Which is weird because I don’t remember having that happen with any other Bobbi Brown blushes I own.

Here it is on me:

Bottom line: I give it a B if I were giving out grades. The colors are pretty but I don’t like having to touch up to bring back the initial level of vibrancy.

Price and where to buy: $45 at Sephora (plus 4% cash back when you use eBates)

Hi. I am a BB MUA. Im around your complexion and honestly when I wear BB powder blush I always wear raspberry or chocolate pot rouge on my cheeks as a base. I feel thats the only way for BB blushes to really stand out and last in us b

      Hey!

      Ohhh that’s awesome!

Yeah, I haven’t had problems with the other BB blush I own and don’t ever have to wear a base under any blush I own to get it to last. Not starting either…lol. But good tip if you have to wear BB blush :)
