I just posted about this the other day and here it is already in my possession! NARS sent over a sample of the NARS Special Edition Orgasm Blush—a specially packaged version of their #1 selling Orgasm Blush. Here’s a quick overview…

So since this is a blush that has been out FOREVER, you can find tons of fans of this universally flattering peachy-pink with gold shimmer blush. When I say it works on all skin tones, it works on all skin tones (though for those my shade or darker, it’s a softer blush and in even deeper skin tones, looks amazing as a cheek highlight). The SE blush is 0.28 oz while the regular blushers are 0.16 oz so this one is slightly bigger. There isn’t an overlay imprinted on the blush itself, instead the pretty picture is printed on the little plastic insert inside the compact. Other than that, it appears to be the same exact Orgasm blush.

This would make an amazing gift for the NARS Orgasm fanatic in your life, but despite how cute this is, not everyone will need to run out and buy it. While it is universally flattering, if you have a darker skin tone like mine (or darker) there are NARS Blush shades that are better suited for your skin tone (like Exhibit A, Seduction, Desire, Taj Mahal, Outlaw, Dolce Vita, Taos, and Mata Hari—and that’s just based on the ones I own—I see a few shades like Liberté that may work well also but I haven’t seen them myself yet—which is making me want to order Liberté…lol) so you don’t necessarily need an oversized Orgasm blush.

I agree…NARS has better options for brown skin beauties. I prefer Lovejoy, Torrid and Dolce Vita on my NW45 skin tone.

Im excited to give this a try. My current powder is supposed to be for brown skintones but it leaves my face ashy.

      Hey!

Not sure if you meant to leave this comment on a different post, but this is a powder blush—-not a setting powder or powder foundation. If you were looking for a blush, I’ve listed color choices that are better for brown skin than this one.
