Fenty Skin: Review & Ingredients

My friends, Fenty Skin has bestowed on us. I was given the line to try out about a month ago and had to keep my lips zipped on everything. But now that the embargo is lifted, I’m ready to spill the tea!

I put my thoughts in a Youtube video so please check it out below. Because the review is in-depth and also because the embargo was lifted earlier than I thought and I did a whole rearranging of so many things to film it, I no longer have energy to write out a full blog post review…lol. Besides watching a video won’t kill you. This is not Ringu.

But what I wanted this blog post to be was a place where I listed links and info to some of the ingredients in the products. I got a lot of questions about these when I mentioned I’d be doing my review, so I’m dropping them here as a resource.

I am NOT a cosmetic chemist—just someone who had a little extra time to google.

Thanks for this! I am interested in the sunscreen and possibly the toner but the things I’ve heard about the fragrance scare me

Hey! Don’t let fragrance in general scare you—yes, it can be an irritant to some but it can also be something that doesn’t have any effects on others. The fragrance in this product feels overwhelming to me (I like the smell but it’s a lot to experience for my nose…lol), but others may love it. I think if you’re really interested in the products to do a patch test first to make sure it won’t irritate you.
